After brutal collision, Alex Ovechkin knocks teammate out of game

Weighing in at 230 lbs., taking a shot from Alexander Ovechkin is not something that is easy to get up from. Capitals teammate Jack Hillen learned that the hard way.

As Ovechkin was circling back in the neutral zone, the super-star right winger collided with Hillen who was able to brace himself at the last second but the defensemen clearly received the brunt of the ferocious hit. Hillen lay still on the ice for a few moments until he was helped to the locker room, while Ovechkin only had the wind knocked out of him.
