Junior varsity softball team unveils epic banner run-through fail

The banner run-through has become a staple of high school football games, whipping the team and its fans into a pregame frenzy that explodes the moment the players break through the personalized sign.

This is not that. In fact, these junior varsity softball players essentially provide an instructional video on exactly how not to run through a banner, smashing face-first into a seemingly indescructible sheet of paper.

While everyone can have a good laugh over this debacle, including the players involved, sadly we do not know if this anonymous team won the game, so we may never know the correlation between failed run-throughs and team sucess. Their persistence in ultimately breaking through is certainly a good sign.
