Video: Gator vs. Snake at the PGA Championship: Who ya got?

KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. —Kiawah Island's Ocean Course failed to show its teeth during the first round of the PGA Championship, but this gator on the course certainly did, after it decided to tangle with a snake on the water's edge.

Needless to say, the gator won the fight, thrashing the snake around like a ragdoll as a cameraman caught the whole battle. Thanks to the Guardian's Scott Murray for pointing us in the direction of the video. After watching what transpired on the course, there's a good chance fans will stay well away from the water this weekend if they venture out to the Ocean Course.
