Injury-prone Arsenal striker Robin van Persie was back in Holland last week where his youth club, SBV Excelsior, unveiled a stand named after him.
Flanked by a TV crew and leading a group of children, van Persie was filming a bit at the ground when the injury bug that follows him everywhere took out a young lad at the end of the line holding hands with the footballer.
As someone very familiar with pain, van Persie quickly jumped to the boy's aid after smashed the side of his head into a metal pole. The clip ends with Robin watching as the crying child is taken away, unsure what to do next and perhaps wondering if he just dodged a bullet. Er, a pole.
By the way, if you laugh at this you are a terrible person.
