Ball Don't Lie - NBA

Reebok debuted their new line of Rajon Rondo ads last night, and early blogoshere returns show they're an instant viral hit. (VIRAL!) The first of three spots features former dunk champ Dee Brown showing his dental patients what it's like to be "Rondo'd." Yes, the young Celtics' guard is now a verb. It's a shame we didn't have this in time for Sameer.

After the jump, two more spots featuring "Jo Jo" White and a very hungry Vince Wilfork.

first of all..if you think the Celtics are going to out score LA and score over 100 you are wrong. since January Celtics have only scored over 100 and won 25 times...Lakers...46 times...and significantly larger point difference from opposing team. If you are going to guess the Celtics are going to win..knowing they are a good defensive team and Lakers have beat the Defending Champs in the toughest Conference, Then at least guess better...its going to be held down to the lower 90s. to mid 90s. First game...then anything after that will be harder to say. each team will be adjusting to each other forgetting about what they usually do to try and stop what the other team does best. Besides that I say Lakers will catch Celtics off guard first game, then Celtics win next two. then Lakers Winning next two then Celtics at home..then........???????....(Lakers have come back from 3 17+ game deficits, and one being 20 deficit at the opposing teams court. Dont under estimate them. Other than that...Lets see a hard core CELTICS vs. LAKERS RIVALRY!)

Dudmuffin is not worth discussing. His team has no heart and neither do his fellow fans.
And the Lakers aren't bigger than Atlanta or Cleveland, the Lakers were 1-3 against those two teams.

Anyone who is a simultaneous Yankee and Laker fan is a sports masturbator: i.e. looking to seek instant gratification without any sacrifice.

Hey Steve P, the Celtics scored over 100 against the Lakers twice this season, and the Lakers lost by 15 and 19.

Celtics scored over 100 on the Lakers and beat them twice in the regular season, in 2007. Its a new calendar year, and Both teams have new additions and subtractions. Don't expect the same results. Lakers are a much stronger team now and The Celtics have found it hard to beat the Hawks and Cavs in this year's playoffs. And plus Ray Allen can't guard his position. Celtics get Rondo'd and Kobe'd .

we should all wait till game 1 is over to make a good perdiction. Those games earlier in the year cant be a good measure Lakers are a different team in the way they play now on both ends. I watched that game again and in the 2nd game Kobe had good looks but thier ball movement was now were near were it is now. The Celtics are good at keeping teams out the paint but not as good against good ball movement form atletic teams. Be back friday

I don't care who or what people say about Rondo. He is OVERRATED and an AVERAGE player, that is just fact seeing him play.
Celtics will be Rondo'd and Kobe'd......Lakers win championship!!!

Strange isn't it that the Red Wings with all its old men ( a whole lot actually) just won the Cup.
KG has mondo motivation. He'll be a beast. I want to see that widebody Perkins have another 16/18 game. Or two. At least 2 of Boston's PGA will be on each game.
Even with their easier schedule during the season, the Celtics played well against the premiere teams of East & West.
The way some Lakers fans write, you'd think they were Showtime-level. Paleese. They're a very good team. Don't exagerate. I saw Showtime, the Jordan Bulls, the 70's Knicks, the great Celtic teams in the 80s.
Don't be surprised if Sam-I -Am does the testicle dance when all is said and done.
    It'll be a great series.
