Ball Don't Lie - NBA

Contrary to what the YouTubes say, LeBron James' dunk against the Bucks last night wasn't quite FROM the foul line. But boy, was it ever close. Video of his extended flight, via Fan IQ, after the free thro— er, jump.

OK, he made that look freakishly easy. Like, that's just not right. And this was in a game situation! Can you imagine LBJ in a dunk contest, where he wouldn't have to dribble or have Ramon Sessions chasing him down from behind? Throw in the hype of a Saturday night crowd and I'm starting to think LeBron could dunk from the three-point line.

The league needs to force LeBron to participate in the dunk contest this year. I would love to see what him and Delonte West come up with.

I hate that the big stars don't want to do the dunk contest. I give props to Howard. But how great would it be to see James vs Wade like the old Jordan vs Wilkins?

LeBron should win the MVP this year. He was deserving last year with his numbers but Kobe got the sympathy vote. and McGrady shouldn't even be in the same sentence with the King.

i think even cleveland haters have to admit the obvious, for about 2 seasons now, Lebron is the player on the planet. He can do it all, ... even his free-throwing is dramatically improved, he must have worked on his form over the off-season as it looks as smooth as silk....go CAVS.

Why can't they just put the video up, why the stop frame? Its' annoying, I just want to watch the dunk in real f'ing time.

Hey Mike M, what happens every time the Lakers face the King? Kobe tries to take on Lebron and he gets dogged! Pistons made that horrible trade and the Celtics are one injury way from being a 5 seed. Lebron and Mo and playing at an unreal level already and should just get better as the season goes. And don't look now but looks like Andy has found his offensive game. Lebron and Andy are unstoppable on the pick and roll. Get ready for the Cavs to win 10 straight championships!

same idizzle. The stop frame is retarded, and real-time dunk at the end doesn't even show where he took off from.
Whining aside, that amazing dunk will look that much better when it's used to win a championship...

yes lebron is crazy athletic.. but has he developed a consistent jumpshot? i dont think so.. and with all of his talents why has he not entered the dunk contest? because he has one dunk in his arsenal.. the one handed flush.. and that just doenst get it done at all

You guys are retarded. Kobe is better than Lebron and he always will be. One dunk won't change that.

A dunk from the free throw line, wasn't Dr J doing that like 30 years ago? When he wins a title his dunks will matter more

Lebron is freakishly crazy... but stats alone are not gonna make him MVP. His team still sucks, and Lebron needs 40+ points games to carry his teams to wins. Kobe did that and never won the MVP. He made his team better, then the MVP trophy came his way. Same thing with Jordan. His team needs be better and not be sideline watchers on the Lebron Show,

WOW! To do that in a game situation is incredible! We've all seen it in a slam dunk contest, but that was without dribbling and not under game conditions.
