I've already posted today's Create-a-Caption, and I have no idea what the context is, but here's a photo of Miami Heat president Pat Riley and good buddy Michael Douglas presenting cyclist Carlos Sastre a yellow jersey following Stage 17 of the Tour de France. Bizarre.

Unless Adrian Wojnarowski or Marc Stein start dropping "Heat sign free agent guard/cyclist" headlines, there's really not much more to say about this.
