Jul 2 LHP Brian Fuentes closed out Thursday's victory for his American League-leading 23rd save. Fuentes has converted his past 10 save chances and has not allowed a run since May 30. He has allowed only four hits over his past 11 appearances (9 2/3 innings). Yahoo! Sports


Jun 29 Fuentes pitched a perfect ninth inning on Sunday, but did not pick up the save due to the Angels' four-run lead.

Recommendation: Fuentes has yet to allow a run in 7.2 innings this month and has picked up eight saves. He currently leads the American League with 21 saves.
