Maybe the Trent Richardson trade will end up working out for Indianapolis and Cleveland.
The Browns, who seemed to be giving up on their season by dealing Richardson this week, went to Minnesota and beat the Vikings in an early game on Sunday. Advantage Browns, right? Richardson will have a say in that as well.
Richardson, the third pick of the 2012 draft, scored on a 1-yard run up the middle just 3:40 into his Colts career against the 49ers. That was his first carry as a member of the Colts. It wasn't a long score, a quick plunge up the middle, but it's likely not going to be his last one with Indianapolis either.
So, after one week at least, neither team involved in one of the biggest NFL trades in years has any reason for regrets.
