Championship-caliber teams aren't built in a day, and Arkansas head coach John Calipari still has a ways to go before his Razorbacks basketball team has the rotation capable of winning the final game of the 2024-25 season. For starters, Arkansas still needs an experienced point guard. Fortunately for the Razorbacks, South Florida transfer Kasean Pryor is trending heavily towards the Cardinal and White and the 6-foot-10, 35% three-point shooter fills that exact role to a tee.
The basketball roster is starting to come together for West Virginia. It was quite the assignment for new head coach Darian DeVries considering that he was basically charged with building an entirely new roster when he took over in March. The Mountaineers will return only one player from the 2024-25 roster in sophomore Ofri Naveh and he was limited to just 13.8 minutes per game which turned into just 2.6 points and 2.5 rebounds.
The game, which will be played on Saturday, Dec. 21, will feature two of the college game’s biggest stars in USC’s JuJu Watkins and UConn’s Paige Bueckers.
The Longhorns know their opponents in first SEC basketball season.
