Advice: Franco's been dealing with a bit of a sore right elbow of late, but he looked no worse for the wear on Sunday. The young third baseman cranked a two-run homer off Cubs starter Jason Hammel in the first inning, then added an RBI double in the sixth to finish with three RBI on the day. The homer was his 11th of the season and he's currently slashing a rock-solid .285/.343/.496 over 246 at-bats. While we could see many of his teammates changing uniforms by the trade deadline, Franco can safely keep his dry cleaner's card, as it would be a surprise if the Phillies shipped off one of their most promising prospects.Sun, Jul 26 Rotoworld
Advice: Franco has been limited to just one pinch-hitting appearance since being lifted from Monday's game with a sore right elbow, but he's ready to go now. The youngster has struggled a bit of late with a .220/.313/.254 batting line over his last 16 games.

Advice: Which is a pretty good indication that his right elbow injury is not serious. Franco figures to return to the Phillies' starting lineup on Friday night against the Cubs. The young third baseman hasn't started a game since Monday.Thu, Jul 23 Rotoworld
Advice: Franco is nursing a sore elbow and will miss a second straight start on Wednesday. He's feeling better, though, and is expected back in the lineup on Friday following Thursday's off day.

Advice: Franco was double-switched out of Monday's game due to soreness in his right elbow and is out of the starting lineup on Tuesday. Philly may use its scheduled off day Thursday to get the young third baseman three straight days of rest. Andres Blanco is starting at the hot corner for the Phillies on Tuesday night against the Rays.

Advice: It explains why he was double-switched out of Monday's game in the ninth inning. Franco doesn't think he'll have to miss much, if any time, but he'll be checked out on Tuesday just in case. He went 2-for-4 with an RBI single before exiting Monday.
