Player Notes
Jason Kipnis hit his sixth home run of the season in Tuesday's win over the Rays.

Advice: Kipnis hit the solo homer in the third inning to get the scoring started. He finished 1-for-5 in the game. The second baseman may lag behind Omar Infante in popularity, but he's having a terrific season at the plate. Kipnis is now hitting .346/.421/.515 with 33 RBI and 52 runs scored on the year.

Jason Kipnis went 3-for-4 with a double, an RBI, and two runs scored to help the Indians take down the Rays on Monday.

Advice: Kipnis scored the Indians' first run in the first inning, then knocked in their second run in the second inning. He scored again in the ninth in a wild pitch to add some insurance. Kipnis should be headed to the All-Star game with his .348/.424/.510 triple-slash line, league-leading 25 doubles, five home runs, 32 RBI, 51 runs scored, and 10 stolen bases.
