Player Notes
Daniel Nava went 1-for-3 with a solo home run as the Red Sox were defeated by the White Sox on Tuesday.

Advice: Nava tied the game at 1-1 with a fourth-inning solo homer off of Erik Johnson, one of only three hits the Red Sox mustered on the night. It was the second homer of the season for Nava, who has otherwise not hit much to begin the season.

Daniel Nava homered off Michael Pineda for the Red Sox's lone run Thursday against the Yankees.

Advice: It's the first contribution he's made this season. Not only is Nava hitting just .139, but he has a 10/1 K/BB ratio in 36 at-bats. He could lose at-bats to Jonny Gomes and Mike Carp if he doesn't pull out of it soon.
