Player Notes
Trevor Plouffe doubled and drove in three runs in the Twins 20-6 win over the Tigers.

Advice: In addition to driving in three, Plouffe scored four runs thanks to the Twins' offensive outburst. For the season, he has nine home runs and 63 batted in. His overall slash line isn't particularly shiny, though, as he's hitting .242/.309/.396 this season.

Trevor Plouffe hit a three-run home run in the ninth inning, his only hit in four at-bats, but the Twins were unable to come back in Monday's loss to the Royals.

Advice: The Royals went into the bottom of the ninth inning with a five-run lead, but Aaron Crow allowed two one-out singles before surrendering a three-run home run to Plouffe. The third baseman has had middling numbers following a hot April. He stands with nine home runs, 58 RBI, and a .244/.313/.400 slash line.
