Jun 18 Freddie Freeman delivered a walk-off two-run homer as the Braves came back to beat the Mets 2-1 on Monday.

Advice: Atlanta mustered zero offense off Dillon Gee before Justin Upton led off the ninth with a single and Freeman homered -- his first since June 3 -- to end the game. Freeman ended the game 3-for-4 and also collected a double. He's now batting a superb .327/.383/.489 on the season.
