Player Notes
Drew Storen pitched a perfect ninth inning, allowing the Nationals to clinch the NL East with a 3-0 victory over the Braves on Tuesday.

Advice: Storen remains perfect since taking over the closer's role for Rafael Soriano, now 6-for-6 in save situations over the last nine days. Storen got Justin Upton to ground out to second base to end the game, allowing the Nationals to celebrate their division title on their rivals' turf. On the season, Storen has seven saves with a 1.23 ERA, 0.97 WHIP, and 42/11 K/BB ratio.

Drew Storen allowed two hits but held on for his fifth save of the season in Sunday's win over the Mets.

Advice: Storen had to pitch around a couple singles but was able to do so in order to preserve the three-run lead. The Nationals have yet to officially name him the closer, but he's received all the save chances since Rafael Soriano's demotion.
