Player Notes
Brian McCann clubbed his 15th home run of the season in Wednesday's loss to the Astros.

Advice: His fourth-inning blast off of Lance McCullers provided the Yankees' lone run in the contest. He finished the night 1-for-4 and is now hitting .234/.335/.432 with 15 homers and 41 RBI on the season. He remains one of the best power options behind the plate in all of baseball.

Brian McCann is not in the starting lineup Monday against the Astros.

Advice: McCann joins Alex Rodriguez and Brett Gardner on the bench against southpaw Dallas Keuchel. Austin Romine will start behind the plate and catch Michael Pineda.
