Rodriguez gave up one run and eight hits in seven innings of a win over the Cubs on Wednesday.
Advice: It was his first victory in four starts. He improved to 4-4 with a 2.14 ERA. He's given up two or fewer runs in seven of his 10 starts.

LHP Wandy Rodriguez is having such a good year (2.14 ERA) that his manager was hardly caught off guard by how good of an outing he was able to have last time out without command of his fastball.
"It's a testament to him as a pitcher that he's able to utilize other stuff," Brad Mills said. "We always know he's got that good breaking ball, but he's able to utilize that changeup and then if the fastball is not coming out of his hand real well he's going to try to spot it the best he can."

Rodriguez dominated the Cubs over 7.0 one run innings in Wednesday's win for the Astros.
Recommendation: Rodriguez struck out five over his 7.0 innings of work, he did give up eight hits but to cancel it out zero walks. Rodriguez continues to pitch above his capabilities in this young season, regression should be right around the corner.
