Ryan Madson (elbow) will move his rehab assignment up to Triple-A Salt Lake on Thursday and will remain there for "several weeks."
Advice: Madson thinks he's ready to be activated now, but the Angels have decided to slow things down in order to avoid re-injury. The reliever said he respects the team's decision but thinks he can "pitch here today and get people out. That's just how I feel." It sounds like he won't join the Halos' bullpen until sometime next month.
