Jul 23 RF Michael Cuddyer's CT scan on his left hand showed no bone abnormalities, the team announced. Cuddyer had an injection in his knuckle and tendon sheath in an effort to alleviate the pain he's been experiencing. The outfielder has been on the disabled list since June 30 (retroactive to June 28) with what has been diagnosed as a strained tendon in his left index finger, but the pain from the finger has moved into Cuddyer's palm and not subsided. Jul 22 La Velle E. Neal III, of the Minneapolis Star Tribune, reports the CT scan done on Minnesota Twins OF Michael Cuddyer's (finger, hand) right hand showed no bone damage. Cuddyer will meet with the team's doctor soon to determine his next step. KFFL
