Player Notes
Starling Marte doubled and homered in a 4-for-5 effort as the Pirates trounced the Tigers on Wednesday.

Advice: Marte's only run and RBI came on his solo home run in the eighth inning, the second of three solo shots in the frame. He's now on a seven-game hitting streak, but entered the game with a .518 OPS in his previous 10 contests. He still has a productive .285/.333/.471 triple-slash line with 13 home runs, 47 RBI, and 15 stolen bases.

Wed, Jul 1 Rotoworld
Starling Marte went 3-for-4 with three runs scored, including a steal of home, in the Pirates' 8-4 win over the Braves on Saturday.

Advice: Marte stole home in the fifth inning, breaking for the plate as the Braves attempted to pick off Pedro Alvarez from first base. He had an RBI single and scored a run in the Bucs' five-run first inning and also scored in the seventh. Marte is hitting .279/.328/.460 on the year with 46 RBI and 41 runs scored. The stolen base was his 15th, sixth-most in the National League this year.

Sat, Jun 27 Rotoworld
Starling Marte is not in the Pirates' lineup Thursday.

Advice: Gregory Polanco will start in left field and Josh Harrison will play right field against Reds right-hander Anthony DeSclafani. Marte should be back in there Friday.
