The Chargers had only 45 yards in the first half against the Broncos in Sunday's AFC playoff game. They trailed Denver 14-0 at halftime.
San Diego had almost nothing to feel good about, at least until a great interception by linebacker Donald Butler.
Butler did a remarkable job hauling the pass in and then managing to get both feet in bounds, a nifty move by a linebacker.
That didn't make up for everything else that went wrong in the first half for the Chargers, but at least San Diego fans had something to cheer about.
