Fantasy Football Week 4 Rankings: Kicker

Each week, fantasy owners just pray that their kicker just doesn't put up a goose egg or come away with only a couple points. As irrelevant as kickers might seem compared to other positions, a kicker's performance can sway the outcome of a weekly matchup. You shouldn't necessarily waste a waiver wire pickup on a kicker, but it's important to know what kickers are having success this year and which kickers, like consensus preseason No. 1, Justin Tucker, have yet to earn a top-12 finish. He's still in the top 10 in our Week 4 fantasy kicker rankings, but he's not No. 1.

Ryan Succop is one of two kickers (Matt Bryant is the other) this year to score double-digit points in all three weeks this season, and the Texans, for what it's worth, is top 10 in giving up most fantasy points to kickers. Wil Lutz and Matt Prater are both getting many chances and have favorable matchups. Bryant, one of the top kickers this year, has lived up to his ranking, but he gets a tough Bills team that has done well preventing points.
