Player Notes
Mike Trout went 2-for-3 and hit his 19th homer Monday as the Angels beat the Rangers 9-5.

Advice: He was also hit by a pitch. With the Angels making no noise at all, Trout isn't getting quite as much attention as usual this year. Still, it'd be a shame if he's overlooked in the MVP race because of the front office's failures. He's hitting .319/.424/.567 with 62 RBI and 72 runs scored. He's also struck out just 73 times in 93 games, a nice reduction from the last two years (184 times in 2014, 158 times in 2015).
