Ian Desmond doubled and launched a grand slam in Thursday's win over the Marlins.

Advice: Desmond's eighth inning salami broke the game open after the contest had been close all day. It was the Nationals' second eighth-inning grand slam in as many days, as Jayson Werth did the same thing Wednesday. Werth also homered again Thursday with a two-run shot.
