OF Matt Kemp went 0-for-3 with two strikeouts, finalizing his franchise single-season strikeout record at 153. Beyond that, though, Kemp had a breakout year in his third major league season, batting .290 and tying Andre Ethier for the team lead with 38 doubles. He hit safely in 12 of his final 15 games, batting .333 (21-for-63) during that stretch.
