Player Notes
Angel Pagan hit a two-run single in the Giants' win over the Padres on Sunday.

Angel Pagan returned to action against the Padres on Friday, going 2-for-4 with a double and a stolen base.

Advice: On a night where Tyson Ross was dominant on the hill against them, Pagan was one of the few bright spots for the Giants. He has been dealing with minor knee soreness, but continuing to be aggressive on the bases is a good indication that the injury isn't a major factor.

Angel Pagan is out of the Giants' starting lineup on Thursday because of minor knee soreness.

Advice: Giants manager Bruce Bochy told reports that Pagan is "playable" but that he wanted to practice caution here in mid-April. Pagan should return to action Friday.

Fri, Apr 18 Rotoworld
Angel Pagan went 2-for-4 with two RBI in the Giants' win over the Rockies on Sunday.

Advice: Pagan's two-run single in the fifth inning gave the Giants a lead. He's is on fire to start the season, as he's batting .412 with 10 RBI from the leadoff spot. After an injury-marked 2013 season, he looks healthy and ready for another strong season.

Thu, Apr 17 Rotoworld
Angel Pagan is not in the Giants starting lineup for Friday's game against the Rockies.

Advice: It's just a routine day of rest for the speedy outfielder against opposing southpaw Jorge De La Rosa. Pagan has begun the 2014 season on a tear, slashing .462/.500/.641 with a homer, eight RBI and two stolen bases. He'll return to his position atop the Giants lineup on Saturday.
