Everything appears to be going well with Street's rehab, but the club will be cautious if he has any discomfort. Since being placed on the 15-day disabled list on May 4, Dale Thayer has taken over closing duties. Thayer has been outstanding, but Street also pitched very well before going on the DL, and should reclaim the job.
