Capuano allowed just one run over six innings against the Diamondbacks on Monday to pick up his sixth win of the year.
Recommendation: Capuano had the Diamondbacks off-balance all night. The outing dropped his ERA on the season to 2.25. The team continues to get great mileage from its three lefty starters - Clayton Kershaw, Ted Lilly and Capuano.

LHP Chris Capuano suffered his first loss of the season Wednesday in San Diego, dropping a 4-2 decision to the Padres. Capuano (5-1) allowed four runs and six hits in 6 1/3 innings while striking out six.
