Nov 5 Werth finished the season hitting .268/.373/.506 with 36 home runs, 99 RBI and 20 stolen bases in 571 at-bats.

Recommendation: All the counting stats are career highs for Werth except for the steals, which tied his career high. Werth delivered excellent value to his fantasy owners this season and figures to go very high in drafts next season given the power and speed combination that he provides.

Oct 31 RF Jayson Werth hit two home runs, marking only the 48th time a player has hit two or more homers in a World Series game. Werth became the fourth player in Phillies history to hit two homers in a World Series game, joining Lenny Dykstra (Game 4 in 1993), Ryan Howard (Game 4 in 2008) and Chase Utley (Game 1 in 2009). Werth has seven homers this postseason, matching Troy Glaus in 2002 and B.J. Upton in 2008 for the third-most homers ever in a postseason, one behind Barry Bonds in 2002 and Carlos Beltran in 2004. Werth's nine career postseason homers are the most in Phillies history. Yahoo! Sports
