Texas Roadhouse, RareTea among new restaurants coming soon to Visalia

New businesses are popping up all across Visalia. From restaurants to small businesses, new opportunities are constantly coming to Tulare County, offering something for everyone to enjoy.

Here are just a few restaurants coming to town in the upcoming months:

RareTea

Visalia will soon have another option for boba tea and sweat treats.

Located off of West Shannon Parkway and North Dinuba Boulevard, RareTea offers customers baked goods, like Thai tea macaroons, as well as boba, milk tea and coffee.

Located near GameStop and Target, RareTea uses organic milk, locally sourced, fresh fruits, and real cane sugar in fruit jams and purees.

RareTea is on its way to north Visalia, offering customers drinks like caramelized brown sugar boba and kiwi fruit tea with aiyu jelly.

Recently the restaurant, located at 3318 North Dinuba Boulevard, put up official signage, though the website has no official grand opening date listed yet.

RareTea hours vary from location to location; however, the Clovis location is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Sunday.

Construction on the southwest corner of South Mooney Boulevard and Visalia Parkway continued this month, including new Texas Roadhouse signage on the exterior of the restaurant.

Texas Roadhouse offers hand-cut steaks prepared by an in-house butcher as well as freshly baked bread – made every five minutes and served with cinnamon butter – on top of ice-cold beer and margaritas.

The eatery should be open sometime in December, according to Texas Roadhouse’s website. Once the eatery opens its doors, the restaurant will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Sunday at 4425 South Mooney Boulevard.

Dutch Bros (yes, another one)

Visalia is preparing to welcome its fifth Dutch Bros to town. The newest location will be located off South Mooney Boulevard and Visalia Parkway, across the street from Target.

A second building – new home to Visalia’s fifth Dutch Bros. Coffee – also popped up alongside the Texas Roadhouse restaurant.

The coffee shop marks the second Dutch Bros. Coffee location on South Mooney Boulevard. South Visalia community members can soon enjoy a coffee after a trip to Target, Costco or US Foods Chefs’Store.

This Dutch Bros. Coffee location, at 4607 South Mooney Boulevard, does not have an opening date; however, there is a sign outside of the building that reads “coming soon.”

The coffee chain is usually open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
