    Chancalay, Ivačič lead Revolution to 1-0 victory over Fire

    Tomás Chancalay scored in the second half and newly signed Aljaž Ivačič made it stand up in his first start in goal for New England as the Revolution edged the Chicago Fire 1-0 on Saturday night. The Revolution (2-7-1) snapped a three-match losing streak after the start was delayed an hour because of inclement weather. Ivačič saved three shots to earn a clean sheet in his first start for New England.

    Chicho scores 9th goal of season, Real Salt Lake beats Sporting KC 1-0

    Cristian “Chicho” Arango scored his ninth goal of the season to help Real Salt Lake beat Sporting Kansas City 1-0 on Saturday night. Chicho is tied with Inter Miami's Lionel Messi for most goals in MLS this season. The 30-year-old striker has scored or assisted on 16 of RSL's 19 goals in 2024.

    Five assists and goal for Messi, hat-trick for Suarez as Miami hit six

    Luis Suarez scored a hat-trick and Lionel Messi had an incredible five assists and a goal in the second half as a rampant Inter Miami crushed the New York Red Bulls 6-2 in Major League Soccer on Saturday.Messi's five assists, which all came in the second half, are a new record for an MLS game and he now has 10 goals and 12 assists in eight league appearances so far this season.

    McGlynn scores in second half, helps Union earn 2-2 draw with DC United

    Jack McGlynn scored the lone goal of the second half to help the Philadelphia Union earn a 2-2 draw with D.C. United on Saturday night. DC United (3-3-5) jumped out to an early lead on Cristian Dájome's goal in the 9th minute. Dájome took passes from Jared Stroud and Mateusz Klich and sent a right-footed shot from the center of the box to the top right corner of the net for his first netter this season.
