Tyreek Hill caught 4-of-7 targets for 46 yards in the Chiefs' Week 15 loss to the Chargers, "adding" three rushes for -5 yards.
Advice: Hill did not appear slowed by his wrist and heel injuries, but it was an extremely rough night from a fantasy perspective. As has happened too often this season, Hill committed a horrifying drop on what should have been a 43-yard touchdown early in the fourth quarter. Mercifully for fantasy owners, the play would not have counted anyways because of offsetting penalties. Coming off a trying five-day stretch, Hill gets 10 days to regroup for the Chiefs' suddenly must-win Week 16 road trip to Seattle.
The Chiefs have listed Hill (heel) as questionable for Thursday's game against the Chargers.
Advice: Hill was limping at times during Sunday's game against the Ravens but still managed to record 139 yards on eight catches in Kansas City's overtime victory. The dynamic wide receiver also put in limited practices on Tuesday and Wednesday, so it looks like he'll be able to help out fantasy playoff teams in this important AFC West showdown.
Tyreek Hill (wrist, heel) is active for Week 15 against the Chargers.
Advice: Hill played through the issues in Week 14 then showed enough in the Chiefs' short-week practices to give it a go. We expect Hill to be ready for his typical role, otherwise the 11-2 Chiefs would not be running him out there.
Tyreek Hill had four receptions for 46 yards Thursday in the Kansas City Chiefs' 29-28 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. He added three rushes for -5 .
Tyreek Hill (heel, wrist) is questionable for Week 15 against the Chargers.
Advice: Hill returned to practice Tuesday and isn't believed to be dealing with a serious injury. It may just be a pain-tolerance issue. He should be ready to go Thursday night and be the focal point of the offense with Travis Kelce, especially with the Chiefs missing Spencer Ware (shoulder), who is doubtful.
ESPN's Adam Schefter confirms Tyreek Hill (questionable, heel/wrist) will play Week 15 against the Chargers.
Advice: Hill is contending with heel and wrist injuries, but even with the short week, he'll be out there Thursday night as Kansas City seeks to clinch the AFC West for the third straight season. Hill dominated his matchup with Casey Hayward when these teams met in Week 1, exploding for 169 yards and two touchdowns on seven catches. Even at less than 100 percent, he'll be safe to fire up as a WR1 in all formats.
Tyreek Hill (heel, wrist) returned to practice Tuesday.
Advice: Coach Andy Reid said Hill is "moving around alright" and "should be OK" for Thursday. Hill may be less than 100 percent, but he's fully expected to play in the Chiefs' pivotal divisional tilt against the Chargers. Start him with confidence.
Tyreek Hill (heel) was officially "limited" in Tuesday's practice.
Advice: Most signs have pointed toward Hill suiting up for Thursday night's game against the Chargers. His status will be updated on Wednesday.
Tyreek Hill told NBC Sports' Peter King his foot is "bad."
Advice: Hill was in and out of the Chiefs' win over the Ravens, but he came up with big plays when it mattered. "Our people did a tremendous job wrapping my foot," Hill said. "I was still feeling my heel, but at the same time, I knew that man, if you want the W, if you want to be a great receiver, this is your moment to make plays." It is promising Hill was able to play through the injury on Sunday, but now he faces a short week to get ready for the Chargers on Thursday night. His practice status should be closely monitored all week.
Tyreek Hill (heel, wrist) did not practice Monday.
Advice: Spencer Ware (shoulder, hamstring) also was sidelined Monday after both players were hurt Sunday against the Ravens. Ultimately, both are expected to play Thursday night against the Chargers, though Hill is less than 100 percent.
