Player Notes
Danny Santana tripled and drove in two runs in Sunday's win over the White Sox.

Advice: Batting leadoff for the third straight game, Santana delivered an RBI triple in the third inning and added a sacrifice fly in the seventh. The triple was Santana's second of the season. The 23-year-old is hitting .315/.348/.458 and, now healthy, should be a nice player in mixed leagues from here on out.

Danny Santana ended Hector Noesi's shutout bid with a two-run home run, his only hit in three at-bats as the Twins fell to the White Sox on Thursday.

Advice: Santana took Noesi deep to right field to put his team on the board in the eighth, but it was too little, too late at that point. The 23-year-old has hit safely in five of six games since returning from the All-Star break -- and the disabled list -- on July 18. He owns a .325/.361/.465 slash line with three home runs, 18 RBI, and six stolen bases in 167 plate appearances this season.

Danny Santana went 1-for-5 with an infield single in his return from the disabled list Friday.

Advice: Santana landed on the disabled list four weeks ago due to a bone bruise in his left knee, but he made it through a brief minor league rehab assignment without incident. The 23-year-old likely won't maintain his lofty batting average, but his speed and multi-position eligibility makes him interesting in deeper mixed leagues.
