Player Notes
Andrew Romine is in the Tigers' lineup for Monday night's game against the White Sox, playing shortstop for a fourth consecutive game.

Advice: Romine, a switch-hitter, will face a lefty starter in John Danks for the third game in a row. The Tigers are in desperate need of help at shortstop, as they have had a .538 OPS from the position on the season, the third-worst mark in the American League. Romine hasn't been much help, posting a .650 OPS in 25 plate appearances.
