Player Notes
Wilson Ramos had the stitches removed from his surgically-repaired left hand on Tuesday.

Advice: Ramos, who underwent hamate bone surgery on April 2, can now begin doing basic rehab exercises. The hope is that he'll be ready to rejoin the Nationals' active roster around mid-May, though hamate bone injuries are notorious for sapping power in the short term and Ramos no longer carries nearly as much attraction as a fantasy option in standard redraft leagues.

Wilson Ramos (hand) will begin exercises next week.

Advice: Making his way back from hamate bone surgery, Ramos is wearing a bandage on the bottom of his left hand and still needs to have stitches removed. He's expected to miss 4-8 weeks, though Nationals manager Matt Williams thinks the catcher will return on the short end of that timetable.
