Player Notes
Elvis Andrus went 2-for-4 with a double and a run scored in Tuesday's win over the Mariners.

Advice: Andrus doubled and scored in the eighth inning as the Rangers tacked on insurance runs against the Mariners' bullpen. Andrus, now hitting .309, was also caught stealing, making him 4-for-6 in stolen base attempts on the season. The shortstop was efficient last season, stealing 42 in 50 attempts.

Elvis Andrus was ejected from Sunday's game against the Astros for arguing a called third strike.

Advice: And with that, Andrus' 11-game hitting streak to start the season comes to an end. He struck out in both at-bats Sunday before getting the heave-ho.
