Bailey pitched six effective innings Thursday to grab the win against Atlanta. He gave up two runs and four hits with six strikeouts.
Recommendation: Bailey was never in major trouble with the only runs he allowed coming on a two-run homer by Michael Bourn. Bailey has gone at least six innings in seven of nine starts this year, and he's been really solid in his last three, posting a 2-0 record with an ERA of 2.84.

RHP Homer Bailey (3-3) went six innings and allowed two runs on four hits. He walked one and struck out six. It was his fourth consecutive quality start and seventh in eight outings. "I didn't feel that good," Bailey said. "We had to make do."
