Adam Jones is listed as day-to-day after X-rays on his wrist came back negative on Thursday.

Advice: Jones was removed from Thursday's game against the Royals after crashing into the outfield wall. While he is experiencing symptoms of whiplash, there were no fractures in his wrist and he isn't experiencing any concussion symptoms. He should return to the O's lineup at some point over the weekend.

Adam Jones left Thursday's game against the Royals with an apparent injury.

Advice: Jones ran into the center field fence trying to track down a ball off the bat of Ben Zobrist in the first inning. He remained in the game initially, but Paul Janish replaced him as a pinch-hitter in the third. The O's should pass along an update soon.

Adam Jones went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in Monday's loss to the Royals.

Advice: Jones creamed a Kris Medlen offering to left-center in the first inning, but it was a lead the Orioles would wind up losing. The O's have dropped five games in a row now, but it isn't the outfielder's fault. Jones is batting .285/.324/.507 with 24 home runs and 66 RBI.

Mon, Aug 24 Rotoworld

In the seventh, he drilled a solo home run against Hansel Robles to tie the game up at four apiece. Jones has gone yard six times in his last nine games, giving him 23 on the season along with 64 RBI and a .283/.323/.508 batting line.
