Scott Kazmir was knocked around for four runs on six hits and two walks over five innings in Tuesday's loss to the Phillies.
Advice: Kevin Frandsen took Kazmir deep in the first inning, and Domonic Brown provided the knockout blow with a longball to lead off the sixth. The lefty hit a pair of batters and threw 96 pitches in the five-plus innings. The outing takes a little helium out of the Kazmir balloon, but he was still sitting comfortably around 93-94 mph and remains intriguing in fantasy leagues. He'll try to bounce back next week against the Mariners.
