Next Match: away to Barcelona, November 07 Mallorca has been in great form so far this season and currently has a 100 per cent home record in the league. That streak was preserved with a narrow 1-0 success at home to Racing Santander last weekend and the win saw Mallorca move up to fifth place in the table. The islanders' form away from home has been less convincing, though, with two ties and two defeats so far in the league. And it will be seriously put to the test at league leader Barcelona on Saturday night. Brazilian full-back Felipe Mattioni impressed against Racing and is looking forward to facing the Catalans. "I always want to play and my head is thinking about Barcelona because it's our next game and I am always focused on the next match," he said. Josemi and Ivan Ramis return from suspension, meaning coach Gregorio Manzano should have a full-strength squad available on Saturday. |
