    Among the many off-season moves the Chargers made this spring, the acquisition of linebacker Khalil Mack from the Chicago Bears may be the single most important addition to the roster. Mack, who was the NFL Defensive Player of the Year in 2016, has continued to play at a high level and at age 31 still has some good years left.
