    Devon Walker and Steve Gleason sat side-by-side in one corner of Tulane's Fogelman Arena Saturday night, much like they do in the Mercedes Benz Superdome to watch every Saints game.   But unlike those Sundays in the Dome, the final score of the second annual Devon Walker Celebrity Charity Basketball Game didn't matter. This game was all about Walker, the former Tulane football player who was paralyzed five years ago during a Green Wave game, and the Devon Walker Foundation that helps those with spinal cord injuries. "I'm just trying to reach out to as many people as I can to see what people out there need help as far as equipment or financial backing so they can go on with their everyday lives,"
