    Peloton setback: CEO resigns, Q3 earnings miss

    Peloton Interactive Inc. (PTON) delivered a disappointing third quarter earnings report on Thursday, missing Wall Street's estimates on the top and bottom lines. The fitness equipment company reported revenue of $717.7 million, falling short of analyst estimates of $719.2 million. Additionally, Peloton's adjusted earnings per share (EPS) loss of $0.45 per share was wider than the Street's expected loss of $0.35 per share. This comes as the company undergoes a leadership shake-up, with CEO Barry McCarthy announcing his resignation.
