On May 28, 1989, the Los Angeles Lakers carried a 10-game playoff winning streak into Game 4 of the NBA Western Conference Finals against the Phoenix Suns, looking to finish off their rival on the road. With a win, the Lakers would sweep their third consecutive opponent in the postseason while simultaneously advancing to their third straight NBA Finals appearance as well.
However, if Monty really does start looking for opportunities to develop other scoring options and expands DA’s offensive role in that half season, I could also see the Suns going with option A and keeping him long term. Phoenix Suns center JaVale McGee will host his Water For Life Charity Softball Game at Chase Field on June 22, and tickets are already on sale. Teammates Devin Booker, Chris Paul and Mikal Bridges are listed as tentative participants for the event. Other participants will be announced at a later date.
