Kendrick Perkins, superstar?
Wednesday night's loss to the Heat notwithstanding, visions of sugar plums are dancing in the heads of Celtics fans, and they (the sugar plums not the fans) look a lot like championship rings. The last time the C's won an NBA title was 2008. As it happens, members of that team have had a surprisingly high TV profile. For a while now, the highest profile has belonged to the team's center Kendrick Perkins.

Kevin Durant and the Phoenix Suns fell into an 0-2 hole in their first round NBA Playoffs series against the Minnesota Timberwolves after falling 105-93 on Tuesday night.
