Joey Meneses’ two-run double keyed a four-run second inning and Jake Irvin pitched six strong innings to lead the Washington Nationals to a 5-2 victory over the Cleveland Guardians on Sunday. Meneses’ double to deep center field opened the scoring against Carlos Carrasco.
