The trade gives the Dodgers depth in their outfield in addition to postseason experience. Granderson has played in two World Series, one in 2006 with the Tigers and another in 2015 with the Mets. Both appearances resulted in losses for Granderson's teams, but in 10 combined World Series games, Granderson has not commited a single error. Should the Dodgers get to the World Series, Granderson would be a prime candidate to be the team's desiginated hitter in the American League park.
