The title of this post says it all, so without further adieu:
That's Novak Djokovic's father, Srdjan, and he's been wearing that shirt for each of Nole's five matches thus far at the U.S. Open.
They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but if your eye isn't beholding the sheer magnificance of that shirt then I pity you. There's a faclon on Novak's shirt. A falcon! His father is wearing a shirt of him wearing a shirt that has an falcon on it. You think Toni Nadal or Robert Federer would do that for their respective nephew/son?
Novak doesn't like the shirt but, like a good son, doesn't begrudge his father's fashion choices. "He's a proud father, what can I say?" he said (via Reuters). "I don't know exactly where he got his fancy shirt -- it was somewhere in Belgrade -- but he's my father and, if he wants to wear this shirt, he can wear this shirt. I would never wear the shirt. I don't like myself that much."
Dad, I'm getting you a shirt with my face on it for Christmas. I expect you to wear it as well as Srdjan.
