Ottawa Senators forward Ridly Greig will suit up for Team Canada at world championship

Ridly Greig will be digging for gold this spring. The Ottawa Senators' winger was one of 22 players named to the Team Canada roster Friday that will participate in the 2024 IIHF world championship that will get under way next week in Prague and Ostrava. Greig, 21, who suited up for 72 games with the Senators in his rookie campaign, joins a roster that will include Chicago Blackhawks star Connor Bedard and top prospect centre Macklin Celebrini.
